I had been following Foster Fastpitch on Instagram for quite some time and I always loved the drills and easy explanations that Kerri shared. Her analyses are by far the best and easiest explanation of mechanics I have ever heard and I used to pitch myself. Q: What skill level is the Online Academy for?
We have all skill levels using the Academy, from brand new, to beginner, to advanced. We have had students use the academy who have played in the NPF (national pro fastpitch league), as well as kids go on to play for Top 10 schools in Division 1 all they way down to just making their middle and high school teams! All of it is all possible through the academy.
