The heart and purpose behind creating the Foster Fastpitch Online Academy
My heart behind developing the Online Academy is to help as many athletes, parents, and coaches/instructors understand a proper pitching foundation. This “Foundation” creates an explosive motion through ground force training, proper form through body activations and movements, and mental clarity as to what makes their body function at its best. My simple to understand techniques, and foundational system make it easy to implement and see results quickly.
What’s Included In The Academy?
Once you're in the academy, you'll start in Guide 2 which covers the complete Foster Fastpitch Foundational System. Our system focuses on improving movement and speed by using three different components: arm whip/unravel to release, kinetic sequencing, and ground force.
You'll start with the basics and then progress through each pitch, going through the outlined training and drills to help you understand and execute the correct movements.
As an academy athlete, you will have full access to our complete library of programs and trainings, over 35 guides and 400+ videos, as well as access to our community chat where you can upload video and receive feedback! You'll also have the opportunity to receive personalized instruction through discounted video analysis and virtual sessions.
We're constantly adding new content to the academy, including Q&A sessions, live sessions from the gym, zoom calls with pitching experts, new drills, and seasonal programs.

These can be hard to understand concepts, but I break them down simply in the academy so that you can understand them and implement them with ease.
Q: What skill level is the Online Academy for?
We have all skill levels using the Academy, from brand new, to beginner, to advanced. We have had students use the academy who have played in the NPF (national pro fastpitch league), as well as kids go on to play for Top 10 schools in Division 1 all they way down to just making their middle and high school teams! All of it is all possible through the academy.
