WEEKEND INTENSIVES

INTENSIVE DETAILS:

Do you feel stuck? Or have you hit a plateau? If so, weekend intensives may be just what you are looking for! During a weekend intensive we will start with a video analysis and from there go through mechanical adjustments, troubleshoot your pitches and increase your body awareness. All of these things will help lead to more mph, accuracy and movement! Our goal of the intensive is to give you clarity in regards to your mechanics and get you to take you pitching game to the next level.

Cost:
$160 an hour with a minimum of 3 sessions over a 1-2 day period.

Optional Add-on:
4d Motion - "Break down of your mechanics" can be added for an additional $125.00. This is a new technology where we can break down your mechanics in 3d form and watch an avatar of your pitch. While looking at the charts and graphs we will look at your exact numbers on force, sequencing, and timing of release and compare them to the best. This will be done during one of your sessions.
